Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with dispensaries, driving sales, and expanding our presence in the market. If you have a love for sales and a keen interest in the cannabis industry, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current customers and prospective dispensaries.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and create reports.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and stay up-to-date with changes in the industry.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is required; experience in the cannabis industry or beverage sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
